FTP server help -Vsftpd

Hi, my names Sammy and I need help setting up an ftp server. I have read the man pages, searched google, and every form i''ve come to, so you can't say i have not tried.

i'm trying to configure vsftpd to do the following things:
1. allow anonymous people to login and upload, download, create directories, and delete files.
2. set up two user accounts: one named Sam and one named Tyrah that have passwords. i need these accounts to be able to upload, download, create directories, and delete files.

I'm running fedora core 3 with vsftpd installed and configured form the DVD i downloaded off the fedora site. what would be great is help with vsftpd.conf. i guess i need a for idiots step-by-step guide on how to do the above.

thank you so much,
Sam Wilhelm
