fsplit and backup issue


I have download fsplit and it came with a backup script

so today i run the the backup script with this command backup -s4.7 -d /Backups/data_backups

so in the directory contain dirs/ and tars that i created manually

then on I run the backup as shown above and it works but at the end it shows filename.cpio.000 filename.cpio.001, filename.lastcpio.002 i was happy but i also saw a file contain error

cat error

cpio: ./Staff/200550623Staff.tar.gz Value to large for defind data type
'''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''08''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''' '''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''''
this about ten or so line

anyone could explain me what is causing situation
