Frost/Limewire for Debian

Where can I get a debian file that installs Frostwire or Limewire?

You can use the zip file from the LimeWire website although its not exactly a Debian package. On the download page, its the package labelled other and all you need to do is unzip it and run the runlime script from the extracted directory.

Run the runlime.sh script from a terminal and post the output. This will help us diagnose the problem.

Try opening a terminal first and run it through that terminal. (probably something like /home/yourname/Desktop/extracteddirectory/runLime.sh (replace "yourname" and "extracteddirectory")

Perhaps the file needs to be set as executable before it will run?

ie: chmod +x (filename)
and then ./filename to run the file?

(or via the permissions gui, check the box to make the file executable.)
