frontpage extensions on apache web server

Hi,
I have a webserver running w/o frontpage extensions. My problem is when I moved all the data to the new secure webserver( from an out of life RH 7 webserver with FP extensions) I get errors like this:
Premature end of script headers: fpexe from clients. I suspect this is because the pages were created in FrontPage with extensions on the old server. Is there any way I can fix this problem? I do not and will not install FP extension on my new server. We are pushing eveybody to use Dreamweaver. Users can still create pages in FrontPage and FTP them to the server but I can't guarentee the results. Any thoughts or suggestions on this? Thank You!
