Found this...

Google tells me it is part of a package for X. Type xmkmf in Search.

Suse 11.1 .. .. xmkmf

Welcome to LQ. .. ..

Please open a terminal window, and ..

1) su password
2) zypper in xorg-x11-util-devel

.. Or use the package manager :
Menu > System > Configuration > Install Software .
.....
.....

zypper se tightvnc
zypper in tightvnc
.. tells me, it is already installed.
Are you sure, you haven't got it already ? ?

rpm -qa | grep tightvnc
.. will show ..

And this command ..
rpm -qa | sort > installed-packages.txt
.. will save a text file in /home/"username"/
with all currently installed packages.
.....
