I tried Google first before sending the post. Some how it did not return the link you have sent. It returned link for a site
for which you must be registered user (& possibly staff of that Univ was only registered). Another Univ was there but non-English site. Third was Cisco site itself talking about license etc. That's why I sent the post. May be I made some mistake in search.
I tried the link sent by you. Now I see this is the site I had also hit by google search & is the same which I mentioned in previous post asking for ID (Solis-ID)& Password? What are these Solis-IDs & how to get one?
Finally, I managed to download the VPN client tar.gz file from a site which is basically a non-english site but had link for download.
Anyway, I followed the instructions given in the tutorial for installing VPN Client but unfortunately make got the errors as included here. Kindly suggest.

you need to install kernel headers. may i suggest using vpnc instead of the cicsco own client? it's much simpler and much less illegal to obtain from random download sites.
