Free syslog manager

Hi,

I am searching for some free software (preferably with a web interface) that enables me to do advanced search, analyze logs, create statistics and reports from syslog server. I found couple of tools that require syslog-ng storing logs to mysql database, but syslog-ng is not for free. Do you know any freeware tools that provide these features?

Thanks.

Hi,

I am the maintainer of rsyslog ( http://www.rsyslog.com ), a totally free syslogd replacement. We also have a sister project, phpLogCon ( http://www.phplogcon.org ) which supplies a web interface just as you ask for. Both are GPLv3.
