I am searching for an open source list serve software to manage mailing lists. Does anyone know of something fairly easy to manage and reliable?

Hi,

There is always majordomo that I think is the most common mailing list program
You can also try dada mail. Once configured after installation, it's very easy to administer through its web interface.

Regards
