Free Linux training software?

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know of any free software which has a general linux training package on it? I'm looking for something that will just teach the very basics. E.g navigating the kernel, moving files deleting etc. I have setup some files for my trainees to play with, but if I could et something that was formalised and possible have tests on it.

Does anyone know of anything like that?
