FOSS Intranet speed test site?

Looking for a site to run on apache on my internal network to do the same thing as Speedtest.Net.

I'd like to be able to test our network speeds in the lan, accross the vpn tunnels, etc..

Anyone have a suggestion for such a thing? I'd rather not spend the time coding it myself if its already out there.
