Formsfiller for Linux?
 
am looking for a Linux program that allows to fill out scanned forms. (similar to Scansofts Omnipage, Paperport, PDF Converter Professional 3, etc.)

I don't know what "Scansofts Omnipage, Paperport, PDF Converter Professional 3, etc." are, but you can do almost anything with the gimp. If you want to put text into the boxes on a scanned form, and then print or save it, gimp is where you should start.
