Unhappy Formatted the Drive with Fedora.. Now can't access Windows

Hi all,
I had Fedora on my F drive and Windows XP on my C drive. I formatted F by selecting FAT32 filesystem. I did this from WinXP. After sometime i restarted my comp only to find the GRUB screen. I dont know how to access Windows. Or i just need all the files on C D and E drives... is there anyway out of this mess??

thanks

Hi, I found this on another thread by Serafean. Ignore the DELL comment.
Quote:
Hi, all you need to do is insert a WinXP install CD and go into rescue mode (I suppose you have some CDs from DELL). Then type fixmbr into the command line.
