Force All Windows not to Float in KDE 4.5.5
I use KDE's window tiling feature, and I was wondering if there is any way to force all windows not to float? I don't want to constantly hit Meta+F to toggle floating whenever I want a floating window to tile. Thanks
Are you wanting to turn floating off completely? Are you wanting to trigger something to happen in certain cases where you want the floating off? If it's the latter, I can't think of anything much more efficient than hitting a hotkey to turn the behavior off.

Meta+F not working
I have my left control key set as Meta_L, but hitting Meta_L + F to toggle floating has no effect. In fact, KDE seems to act as though my Meta_L is an Alt, despite xev saying it's a Meta_L. What's going on? Thanks
