Question fluxbox window position

Just installed fluxbox, and wow it's cool!
Only one (so far) thing annoys me:

I have the toolbar positioned on the top of the screen, and when I start an application, it either covers the toolbar, or hides its own menubar behind the toolbar.

I tried to find settings for the position of new windows, but all I found was 'top left' for example. Is there a way to have the new windows open at a slightly different position?

Thnx, Leon.
