fluxbox slow movement of windows help please??

i have this problem with fluxbox, when i move the windows they move really slowly, like, the cursor moves and then the window follows it, i've had this problem before but i thought it was 'cause i didn't have a graphics card so i used openbox, but now i have a graphics card (no the big deal, actually i can't even play with it ^^) but still it should be enough to run fluxbox ok.. so what could be the problem??
PLEASE somebody could give me an answer, and i mean it PLEASE

by the way this only happens when i have xcompmgr running, which is weird 'cause i used compiz with a lot of effects while i was running gnome on this same machine and same graphics card.... isn't supposed that xcompmgr is lighter?? o_O?

The easy way to fix this is disabling Opaque window resize&move (use the right click menu on desktop), but it is proably caused by the fact your graphic driver is not set correctly or is just bad. what is the graphic card and your /etc/X11/xorg.conf?

OK i disable the opaque window thing, and yeah it worked it doesn't lag since it doesn't show the inside of the window, but still... why does the problem happen? or it's just a bug?

so now i have other problem, i don't know if i should make another thread but here it goes, while using xcompmgr if i tried to use the transparency on gnome-terminal, it doesn't work :( it just keeps the black background, but if i kill xcompmgr and then try again it turns on the pseudo transparency. what could be the problem???

You did answered the question I asked you, but the answer is quite clear now, or you don't have a Linux compatible graphic card, or you just failed to setup your driver properly, so your using the generic display driver (VESA) rather than the one for your card. Even a 1998 3dfx Voodoo card card can run compositing just fine, there is no reason why an ATI/Nvidia/Intel card can't do it other than user errors.
