Fluxbox fbsetbg Not Working!

I'm loving fluxbox, but I'm finally realizing why the backgrounds from themes I've downloaded don't show up...

You see, I tried to customize fluxbox by manually entering the path to my favorite background, and still...nothing! I double checked the path again and again...

fbsetbg just ain't doing anything!

Haha...whoa...I just realized that there was one style that did display a background, and I took a look at it. It uses Esetroot!

Umm...what's the difference between fbsetbg and Esetroot?

fbsetbg is a wrapper, not an actual application. It uses (or tries to use) whatever background-setting app you have installed. It should work fine with Esetroot, but apparently it doesn't for you.
My suggestion is to check the permissions of fbsetbg, and try running it from a terminal to see what error(s) you might receive. Another option is to change the root command in your styles to Estetroot, or remove any fbsetbg options from the root command which Esetroot may not be able to use.
