Question flgrx help

Hi everyone,
I recently bought a r9 270x and installed the proprietary amd drivers. Flgrx loads fine, but the performance is a bit subpar. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Lukas

Yes, sell it, buy Nvidia instead. I would only buy AMD if I intend to use a free driver.
More serious, performance of AMD cards is quite dependent on the game you want to run, there are certain games where you just will not get good performance with AMD cards (or better: the fglrx driver), sometimes even the highend Fury cards are beaten by midrange Nvidia cards.
Now, you may have a different problem, so, as pan64 already asked, how did you measure the performance (hint: do not use glxgears for that)?
