Flash or Java based Live Chat Software

[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
I am looking to put a in place a live chat system for our companys website to offer support to clients. We are currently using PHP live, however, this uses a pull method to communicate with the server. That's slow and causes server load. We need a system that is java-based or flash-based. We also need one where the customer sevice officer interface works under Linux.i..e no Windows softwares.

I have found such software difficult to come by but have little experience in this area. Does anyone know of such software?

Many thanks,
Tom

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.
