FIX for buggy chipsets. repaint/artifacts errors, xf86-video-intel


Let's make this shorter.
If you have repaint errors in a terminal it's because nothing in your current desktop environment is running with anything that use freetype to draw anything on the screen.
Turning on xft in any program on the same desktop seem to fix it (or atleast start one terminal in 1x1 will seem to fix it as well)
