firefox scrolling problem

hello
I have a very big mistake with firefox scrolling it is very slow and does not follow as I command it is always 2 or 3 times slower than I scroll it with my mouse wheel. what can I do to fix it?

use "about:config" in the address bar, look for the settings like "mousewheel.*", and make changes there. The setting "mousewheel.withnokey.numlines" may be what you're looking for, but look at all of them and i'm sure you'll find what you're looking for.

or your video card isn't recognized good enough (if your graphical card is strong enough, are you possible to use some 3D-effects or kind of..?)

Another option...

When my scroll wheel is not working smoothly (it sometimes gets jerky and less responsive) it is usually dirty, I just open it up clean the inside and put it back together and it works nice and smooth again.
