Firefox MPlayer Plugin Configurations
 

The NPR site Fresh Air requires a javascript to manually set the preference to the media player. Firefox opens mplayer.

I was listening to a program and was bored so I right clicked the player and it gave a bunch of settings. I decided to experiment to see if I could get a faster download. I changes a few settings ... I can't even remember what they were anymore. I figured if it didn't work, it would tell me it couldn't get, instead I seemed to have ruined the plugin.

Now everytime I go to the site, click on a program and it asks me to select a player, firefox hangs. Mplayer starts to load and just hangs forever.

I tried resetting javascript to defaults in in firefox about:config (didn't work)

I tried to right click the player as it hangs (nothing)

I tried resetting Firefox but all it does it tell me it is using the plugin.

Does anyone know how I can get it to work?
