firefox-linux prelease 1 security?

To All:

I have been heaing alot about security problem for firefox
even the prelease version 1.0. Is this security problem related
to all versions (window, linux, macs, etc) or just the window
version.

Fyi, I have the linux version of firefox 1.0 prelease and
trying to decide if is it worth the effort to reinstall.

Thanks for your comments.

Firefox v.1.0 has now been officially released, and it contains a variety of improvements over any and all previous versions. Installing it (or reinstalling it) should only be about a 5 or 10 minute job tops, so I'd suggest grabbing the current version and using it. -- J.W.
