It's not a theme. It's using a different window manager called Awesome. Awesome WM released a new version recently. It's a tiling window manager. Just five it a try before switching completely.

Well, I can't see any widget or any other thing which gives away the look or for that matter the use of a specific GTK theme. I thought that was the default look of Awesome WM.
