FireFox and Flash

Hi
I recently updated Firebird 0.7 to FireFox 0.8 and can't get the Flush Player-plugin (version 6,0,79,0) to work... worked fine in Firebird 0.7...
Any help very appreciated!

I just downloaded the plugin from Macromedia and it worked right off the bat. Are you sure you are installing the files in the correct location?

Thank you for your answer. Just rebooted (Windows-style) and works fine

. Btw: Did you just copy the files
flashplayer.xpt*
libflashplayer.so*
into the plugin-directory from FireFox or did you use the installer?

I just copied the files to my plugins directory (/usr/local/mozilla.org/MozillaFirebird/plugins) the installer takes more effort to use.
