Firefox 64bit: How to get rid of annoying yellow bar on flash pages?

I'm using 64bit Firefox, and I don't have flash installed since there's no 64 bit flash. I don't mind not having flash, but i'd like to get rid of the yellow bar that comes up on every flash page, that says "Additional plugins are required to display all the media on this page." I looked through about:config but couldn't find the right option. Can anyone help?

What distro are you using? I have flash player installed on debian testing 64bit version. It's called swf-player. Also blackdown java has the java plugin for 64bit.

Hmm, that works, though it seems a bit slow. Is that the official flash plugin from macromedia, or an open source version someone else made?

OK I misunderstand the proceedure i guess. I ran atp-get install swf-player and it installed everything fine, but i still don't see flash in firefox. Can you please tell me how to proceed?

try setting plugin.default_plugin_disabled in about:config to false
