I searched around, but I was unable to find an answer to this question. How do I open up another browser window without firefox asking which profile to use?

Go to "file" and open a new tab....

ctrl+n

While you can open a new tab or window from within Firefox, you may be having the same issue I had. If Firefox is already running and you click on an url from outside Firefox, or a html file in Konqueror, another instance of Firefox tries to start, prompting you for a profile.
