Angry FileRunner

I am running Mandrake 9.1 and on previous distros of linux that I have used I have successfully installed and run 'FileRunner'. I have installed it to MD 9.1 to /usr/lib/FileRunner and the run command is $ fr &... but I'm blowed if it will run. Can someone suggest what my problem might be?

The install ReadMe says:

Install like this: # rpm -Uvh FileRunner-2.5.1-1.i386.rpm
and run it like this:
$ fr &

Check if you've got the "wish" interpreter installed. If not you will need the Tk/TCL rpm's. If you're running fr from some menu in X you won't need using an ampersand "&": will place the process running in the background.

Thank you unSpawn when I try to run the programme a message tells me that it cannot find 'wish.exe' (I think) in line three etc.

Obviously I dont have the 'wish interpreter' installed. Bearing in mind that this is a new game to me can you tellme how to go about this please?

Regards
