File System confusion

Which one of these file systems has the shortest file access time: EXT3, Reiser, XFS or JFS

Which one allows for largest file size.

Example:
EXT3 (Journalized) Partition=4 Terabytes File size=2 Gigabytes speed=good.

I ask this because I need a large partition to store uncompress(.avi)color video. When dealing with these file, it is very easy to go above 2 gigabytes. I also need fast access for the root partition because I don't want the computer to become outdated anytime soon. I don't mean to ask too much, but I know it's what it looks like.
