i use black box with konqueror file manager
i wonderd is there any other file manager that i can use
beacause i dont like it very much

You can use anything you'd like. I prefer the file manager known as gentoo: www.freshmeat.net

personally i'd say don't use one at all.... console operations are generally so so much quicker once you're confident using it and know your way around.
