Fedora Core 6 YUM problem

i need help, i really got no idea why my yum hungs after the importing of gfg key, until now i can't install packages because of this problem. and i wonder why is it that a raw partition appears on my windows xp my computer. pls help.. im really getting irritated with yum. yes, yum downloads, but after downloading, it'll ask you for importing of the key right, it already stops, and nothing appears on the terminal anymore. you have to reboot in order to use yum again to download packages. i need help.. thanks

Try as root from the console or xterm session type something like;

rpm --import

rpm --import
rpm --import
It would be a good idea to un-install all the yum rpm packages then reinstall them from the FC6 updates.

rpm -Uvh yum*.rpm

Because Microsoft does not support Linux and has no idea about the filesystems used in Linux.
