Take a look around.
If you've installed FC3 with full install then the config files of your kernel are located in /boot. Maybe you could try the command make gconfig or make xconfig in /usr/src/redhat. But i'm not sure if it'll work (i'm not on a linux machine now, so i cant try it out).
The next step you could make is system update and hope the driver you need is added by default.
The best option (in my opinion) is to manually install new kernel (following the instructions will be really easy and straight forward), and configure the kernel by yourself.
