FEDORA CORE 1 : up2date problems

I used up2date in order to update my current system. It downloaded all the updates but crushed during install phase. Now if I run it again it ignores the fact that I have these downloads in /var/spool/up2date and tries to download them again

i tried to run up2date from shell with- i -k /path_to_downloaded_files parametrs but it only lists and do not install these files..

Am i missing something?

thanks to all

I gave up on that and installed apt4rpm instead. Much better IMHO.

instead of running up2date try running yum. In the console ( yum update) then (yum upgrade) it works much better then up2date.
Good Luck
