Fedora 16 installation requires internet connection while installing from DVD

Hi all
I am having problem while installing Fedora 16 (32 bit) in my system( intel i3 sec gen, intel board, NVDIA graphics card and ASUS Xonar DG sound card ). I can not proceed to installation screen. After drive partition my options are to connect internet or cancel installation.

That is solved as follows:

add

repo=/dev/sdX/<path-to-repo>

on the kernel boot line

OR

After getting the fedora welcome
screen,

1. switch to terminal Ctrl+Alt+F2
2. remove the repo files in /etc/anaconda.repos.d/
3. proceed with the installation

Thanks for reply, but when removed all repo files, installation exits after disk partition saying problem in installation tree.
