Try
http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
It may not work, however, since there has been problems with fglrx and Fedora 11.
If it does not boot into X after installation, do the following:
Quote:
When you go to the grub menu, press 'a' on your os
Replace 'rhgb quiet' with '3'
You will boot into init 3
login as root
Do "cd /usr/share/ati"
Then do "sh ./fglrx-uninstall"
Reboot!

Hope it works for you. ATI does not support linux very well.
If it does not work, you may either have to wait for an update or keep using Fedora 10. It's stupid and sad, I know.
Cheers!
