fdisk error 16- Resource busy


I am trying to set up a raid 1 with two 250GB hard drives and when I have set them up with fdisk and use the command

It gives me this

If this is the drive you are using fdisk from it may truly be in use. Is anything already using this drive? Try doing it from single user mode as root and see if that helps.
