fax transfer problem between Hylafax server in Linux and C# client of windows

fellows hope u all are fine. May God Bless u all.
1. i installed hylafax server in Fedora Core 4. my system is in a LAN networking. i write a client in MS C#.NET 2005 to communicate and send faxes to hylafax. The client successfully connected with hylafax but fax cannot be transfered and the error message comes....
426 Data Connection: Illegal seek.
Note:- Currently there is no modem is configured, all communication is done through LAN.
2. Can communication is possible through IAXsoftmodem? or it needs a hardware serial port modem like US Robotics 56K?
3. i hylafax server, i can create a normal user easily which can be logged through my MS C# cliend, but whenever i create an administrator user again the error comes...
503 Already logged.
to create simple user i use the command
faxadduser -p abcde -u $1 - asif
to create an administrator user i use the command
faxadduser -a abcde -u $2 - javaid
can any solve my problem please help me i shall very thankfull to all.
