FastStone Photo Resizer

This is one program that I absolutely love and I'm haven't been able to find a Linux program like it. My favorite features are where you can take multiple files and convert them from .tiff, .jpeg or .gif and convert them to .png. I also like the advance features where you can resize and change the color depth of a picture. Does anyone know of a program like FastStone Photo Resizer?

The "killer app" on Linux is ImageMagick. This is an incredibly powerful set of command-line utilities. Something else I stumbled into was Bibble--but I have not tried it.
