Failed to bind - LDAP client internal error on Centos 5.x


hello
i install samba4 and openldap2.4.17 from source i install and configure openldap without error but when i type this line

. tar xzvf samba4.tar.gz

2. cd SAMBA_4_0/source

3. ./autogen.sh

4. ./configure

5. make;make install


./setup/provision-backend --realm=hum-office.um.ac.ir --domain=hum-office --ldap-admin-pass=SuperSecretPassword --ldap-backend-type=openldap --server-role='domain controller' --ol-slapd="/usr/local/libexec/slapd"

why failed to bind ldap client .... i installed it completely on ubuntu server before but i have problem with centos 5.x
