In Gnome(possibly other DE and wm's too),when we press F5 or CTRL+R ,the Desktop(nautilus?) refreshes.
what is the command that is used?definitely not "xrefresh -white".Does pressing F5 restarts nautilus?
also can any Gnome users help me getting a nautilus-actions script that can add "Refresh" option in Nautilus(Desktop) right click context menu?
Thank you all

On a side note - when you bumped your own post, thus taking it out of the 'zero-post' queue, you significantly reduced the chances of anyone answering your query.
