Extremely Slow Video Playback

In Slackware 10.2(With some current packages), on a laptop with 192mb ram, a Trident Cyberblade i7 integrated video card and a 533 MHz processor.
It came with Windows 98 SE, and video playback(Youtube, etc; before I switched to Linux) was tolerable. Now, it's about 1 frame every 2 seconds.
Is this a misconfiguration in my xorg.conf(below)?
Code:

I disabled DRI because my video card does not support it, if you wanted to know why it's there(I tried adding it in earlier).

1. Are you sure you have DMA enabled?
2. What video playback software are you using?
