ext3 crash - how to restore files? Any tools?

I had an ext3 crash on my server now.
Tried to mount hdc1 no errors, but when I tried to do a 'ls' it showed nothing, checked with 'df -h' and it was mounted displayed usage and everything as normal.

Tried to remount it, same thing happened.
Started to think "Well something has to be bad, really bad..." so I did a fsck.ext3 and it was bad, really bad...
When I come home from work to day I checked again. looks like most of the files was restored i 'lost+found'.

So, is it an easy way to restore the tree? Or do I have to do it manually?
Everything is called something like '#13271293812' and it's about 113GB of data...

i think its manual only on ext3, you're lucky anything came back, due to the way ext3 was designed
