Exposé-function (Mac OS X Panther) for linux?


Is there a Exposé-function (Mac OS X Panther) for linux? Some software that can do this?

I don't think there is a window manager or addon for Linux/XFree86 that can do exactly what Expose does at this time. There are however several graphical pagers in existance with functions that provide similar functions. And most window managers allow for mapping keys to perform common functions, like hiding all windows or cycling through the open applications in different ways.

expocity

I haven't had a chance to try it out yet myself, but there is a patch called expocity for the metacity window manager (often used with gnome) that has the same functionality as Mac OS X's exposé feature-- but you have to compile it yourself right now.
