Exim error

[Log in to get rid of this advertisement]
Hi, I've been using exim for several months on my Debian machine with no problems in a combination with courier-imap. However, the other day I suddenly stopped being able to receive email on my account. I checked the Maildir, and the mail doesn't even get delivered there, so I know that it's a server problem. Today, I got an error from exim when I tried sending an email through the server, it said, "Error writing spool file." I have no idea what this means, but evidently this is the problem. Does anybody know what it means or how to fix it? Thank you.

First of all, check your logs. I think the default location for them is /var/log/exim. You may have a full /var partition or something to that effect.
