exim configuration question

I am trying to determine if there is a way to configure Exim to do the following when it receives mail that is destined for an invalid user:

1) send a response back to the sender that indicates an 'invalid recipient'
2) still keep the message and forward it on to a user's folder that is going to house a spam/ham composite

While I have been happy so far in the move from Exchange to Exim with all of the configuration options and the ability to drop mail from a blocklist without actually accepting the whole message, etc, I have not yet discovered a method of sending the error message while still keeping the whole message. If it is possible to also accept mail from a DNS block-list while sending a rejection status, for this same purpose, that would also be excellent.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
