Actually I have figured it out. Seems it is embedded in the gpilotd-control-applet. You need to use the appropriate options to get it to pop up a window that lets you configure the conduits. The proper stmt is as follows:
gpilotd-control-applet --cap-id=1
It took FOREVER to figure this out ... reading through every file that had th e word pilot or conduit in it finally yielded the answer. I'm new to the Linux world and have learned alot in the last month thanks to the people who post on this site. As such I hope this helps others!
