Evolution - Exchange - Missing Emails

I'm running ubuntu on my laptop.

Got evolution configured to connect to my exchange 2003 server.

But half of my email doesn't show up, the latest one is back from january, and I get a few dozen a day, so there's a few missing.

Any ideas?
