Does anybody that uses Evolution as their email client have this problem as well? I put in my signature under Edit => Preferences => Composer Preferences => Signature.
It previews fine and all, now how do I make this automatically show up in every email composed? I always have to pick it while in the composer window. (I have to pull down the signature box every time and select it) Is there a way to have it pick it by default instead of me always having to use the drop down box on the composer window?
Yes, Evolution does seem to be quite confusing. I think the problem might be that you are looking in the wrong place to set this. Although you'd think you'd set this under signatures as you've described, you actually set it via Edit => Preferences => Mail Accounts => Edit => Identity and at the bottom of that pane you will see a dropdown with signatures. Here you choose the sig you wish to use and viola!
