I'm trying to connect an MCU to a tablet pc linux and I don't know where are the config file and how to change them to support 10BASE ethernet connection, i.e. 10Mbit/s coming from my MCU (connected by an Enc28j60 Ethernet shield).

Could anyone please point me to the right resource?

I googled with keywords ethernet 10base linux configuration and can't get helping info. That was strange to me, as I thought this information must be living long and available everywhere. That means I even don't know what keywords for this to use when searching.

I doubt you need to adjust it but in some cases you can't let it auto negotiate the speed. Depends on the OS you have. Some can be set in gui.
