Unhappy eth0 does not exist

Hi all,

I am running voyage .3 and have all of a sudden gotten an error message saying eth0 does not exist. The drivers have been loaded, I checked. Nothing has changed. The nic in question is a via rhine 2 integrated nic. New motherboard. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Jeff Rager

What does the output of
ifconfig

give you?

Not sure about Voyage but in RH I have /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts
inside of that dir is a file for eth0, eth1, etc.
It is read when you start up the network.
Have you tried restarting the network? did you get an error message?
