/etc/modules.conf missing in redhat 4 AS
 
Dear all

I need to edit /etc/modules.conf according to the manual of a Fibre Channel adapter. However there is no /etc/modules.conf on any of my fresh installed redhat4 AS systems???

Do I have to create the file myself OR should it exist already anyway?

Are you sure the instructions were specific for your redhat? I mean, your RH does not need to use such a file; the same configurations can be made elsewhere..
